Fiber/Filament recycling

This can involve materials such as plastic fibers, glass fibers, carbon fibers, or other fibers. The recycling process aims to collect, separate, clean these fibers or filaments and reuse them in a new production cycle to conserve resources and reduce waste. This approach is a crucial aspect of sustainable material management and waste prevention.

Recycling process

The recycling process contributes to conserving resources, reducing waste, and minimizing environmental impact. It is a significant contribution to sustainable material management and the reduction of environmental effects.

The facility

Our recycling plant consists of three main components, two of which come from our partner company ACERETECH. The first machine in the plant is the shredder. The shredder is used in plastics recycling to shred plastic waste. The main function of the shredder is to shred the large pieces of plastic waste into small, uniform pieces to facilitate recycling. Shredding enables us to better prepare the plastic waste for further processing.
